During this cycle I use a structured methodologies focusing on clear scope, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, quality control, and leveraging modern tools like BIM for complex tasks, ultimately ensuring efficiency, safety, and successful delivery by enabling the team with resources, plans, and clear objectives.
