CITY OF DUBLIN PUBLIC SAFETY CENTER
Principal Electrical Engineer for the demolition of two existing structures and the comprehensive remodel of approximately 36,800 SF of building area. This project featured a 6,720 SF second-level addition, new elevator and stair access, and significant site improvements including a new mini-plaza, a police service entry, and expanded public and secure parking facilities.
The electrical scope for this project was extensive, encompassing:
- Normal, emergency, and uninterruptible power systems
- Comprehensive interior and exterior lighting design
- Voice, data, and CATV cabling infrastructure
- Public address and fire alarm systems
I am proud to note that this project successfully achieved LEED Platinum certification.

YUBA COUNTY SHERIFF FACILITY, MARYSVILLE, CALIFORNIA
Senior Electrical Engineer on the design and renovation of a facility dedicated to sheriff’s office operations. This project encompassed specialized spaces including IT, dispatch, an emergency operations center, and investigations departments.
- Utility Coordination: Managing electrical utility, CATV, and telecommunications services.
- Power Distribution: Designing and managing normal, uninterruptible, and emergency power systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Specialized Systems: Designing interior lighting, building security, access control, and police monitoring systems.
2017
SAN LEANDRO POLICE DEPARTMENT EXPANSION
Senior Electrical Engineer for the remodel and expansion of an existing public building to house non-emergency police functions. The project included a new traffic division public window, break room and kitchen renovations, and the addition of fitness and locker rooms. The scope of services involved the design of electrical power, telecommunications, and lighting for all tenant improvements.
SACRAMENTO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OPERATIONS BUILDING AND ARFF
Senior Electrical Engineer for the replacement of electrical service equipment and emergency generators at the Airport Operations Building and ARFF. The project scope included designing a new SMUD electrical service to backfeed the existing distribution system, as well as new site lighting and low-voltage cabling.
